I had the opportunity to see Lee at the "Romerike Blues & Roots Festival" outside of Oslo in Norway on June 21.
Lee was performing as a part of "Johnny Ferreira & The Swing Machine" singing on their songs,
aswell as doing two songs of her own "Why don't you do Right" and "Teach me Tonight".
Her voice were fantastic as always. I loved the show, even though it wasn't the perfect settings for a good show [in front of 100 drunken Norwegians in a large tent at 2.15 in the morning]
I'm redoing the whole webpage right now. [Don't know when it will be ready]
Will have some pictures from the show up by then.

The following is taken from the Classic Rock Mailing List:
"TOUR NEWS : APRIL-MAY CROSS-CANADA TOUR : LEE AARON SPECIAL GUEST cross-Canada tour of art galleries and repertory cinemas is currently being booked for April-May. This show (AN INTIMATE EVENING OF JAZZ AND CINEMA) will include the RALPH group performing live in front of a specially commissioned B/W movie directed by Chris Hooper (ex-Grapes Of Wrath) called "Vie De Nuit" (some of the soundtrack is featured on the This Is For The Night People CD). "It's a very intimate experience reminiscent of a 60s New York loft performance," explains band leader Ralph Alfonso. "The movie is very much a homage to the French new wave sensibility of the early 60s." At a recent showing at Vancouver's Blinding Light Cinema, the group was joined on stage by legendary French poet/songwriter Pierre Barouh, who wrote the lyrics for the soundtrack to the classic French film, "A Man and A Woman" with Francis Lai. "Considering that movie was a touchstone for us, I was really flabbergasted that Mr. Barouh was in town and enjoyed the experience enough to want to jam with us afterwards."The tour will include a special set by LEE AARON who will be promoting her debut jazz cd, Slick Chick. The touring band will be a combination of players from Lee's band and the RALPH group. Lee and Ralph's friendship goes back to when Ralph Alfonso was the promo director at Attic Records when a 17-year-old Lee signed with the label."
